Frosted Chocolate Chip Brownies by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Butter softened 4 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Eggs 4
- Chocolate syrup 1/2 cup
- Vanilla 2 tsp
- Flour 1 cup
- Chocolate chips 1/2 cup
- Nuts chopped 1/2 cup
For Frosting:
- Chocolate chips 1 cup
- Butter 2 oz
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Icing sugar 2 cups
Method:
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Now add eggs one by one and beat each nicely by putting one egg.
- Then put chocolate syrup, vanilla and flour gradually gradually.
- Now stir chocolate chips and nuts.
- Now put this batter in 13x9 inch pan and bake on 180 degrees C for 35-40 minutes.
- Now take it out and cool on wire wrack.
- For frosting: Melt chocolate chips and butter in microwave and stir until smooth.
- Now cool it for 5 minutes.
- Then add cream and lemon juice.
- Now put icing sugar gradually gradually and beat until smooth.
- Then frost brownie, cut into squares and keep in fridge.
