Ingredients:

  • Potatoes boiled 3
  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Green peas 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower 1
  • Finely chopped carrots 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut potatoes into small pieces.
  2. Put cauliflower, carrot and peas in pot and add vinegar.
  3. Also add some salt and steam it lightly so that water of vegetables dries.
  4. Now heat oil on tawa and put tomato paste, salt, turmeric, mustard seeds, red chilies, black pepper and cumin seeds.
  5. Then add boiled vegetables, cover it and cook it.
  6. Then put butter.
  7. Pao bhaji is ready.
