Saucy Meatball Sticks by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
For Meatball Sticks:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Onions 2
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- Olives 6
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Sticks as required
For Tomato Sauce:
- Tomato paste boiled 1/2 kg
- Onion 1
- Garlic 2 tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Fennel powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Red chilies crushed 2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Mix mince, onion, egg, bread crumbs, coriander leaves, olives, oregano, salt, black pepper and cinnamon powder and grind it.
- Now make balls, skew on sticks and fry it.
- For tomato sauce: Heat oil and fry onion until little soft.
- Then add tomato paste, garlic, paprika powder, fennel powder, salt, saffron and red chilies and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- When sauce is thick, serve with meatball sticks.
