Ingredients:
- Chicken (20 pieces) 1 kg
- Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tsp
- Ginger slices 1 tbsp
- Mushrooms 2-3 tbsp
- Boiled peas 1/2 cup
- Green onions chopped 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Sweet sauce 1 tbsp
- Oil 3/4 cup
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Water 1/4 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and stir fry ginger and garlic until brown,
- Now add chicken pieces and cook for 20 minutes till golden.
- Then put mushrooms and peas.
- Now add green onions, oyster sauce, soya sauce, chicken stock, salt, white pepper and sweet sauce and cook until it boils.
- Then dissolved corn flour in 1/4 cup water, add it, stir it and cook until thick.
Oyster Sauce Chicken is a Main Course dish, prepared with Chicken, Oyster Sauce, White Pepper, Sweet Sauce and Peas and can be served with Plain Rice or Naan or Roti.
