Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Egg 1
- Onions chopped 2
- Garlic chopped 6
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds chopped 2 tsp
- Paprika powder 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
For Vegetables:
- Carrots 2
- Long chopped capsicums 6
- Butter 50 gm
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Put egg, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, coriander leaves, black pepper, tomato ketchup, turmeric, cumin seeds, paprika powder and lemon juice in beef mince and mix it nicely.
- Now make kabab.
- Then heat oil, fry kabab and take it out.
- For vegetables: Heat butter, put all ingredients, fry it, put on kabab and serve.
Shimla Mirch Kabab is a Pakistani Lovers Dish, prepared with Beef, Onion & Egg and served with Naan, Vegetables, Raita, Sauce, Ketchup or Paratha. It can also be served as Bun Kabab or Paratha Roll.
