Ingredients:
- Fish (Surmai) 1/2 kg
- Oil 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 2 bunch
- Lemons 2
- Tomatoes chopped 3
- Unpeeled garlic 6 cloves
- Green chilies 8
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
To Wash Fish:
- Lemon 1
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put vinegar on fish, keep for 10 minutes and wash it.
- Then put lemon juice and turmeric.
- Now mix tomatoes, green chilies and garlic and make chutney.
- Then 2 tbsp heat oil in wok and fry chutney.
- Then mix 1 lemon juice and salt.
- Now heat some oil in other frying pan, fry fish pieces and put fried chutney.
- Then heat 1/2 cup oil in other frying pan and put fried fish.
- Then add 1 lemon juice, ginger and black pepper and serve hot.
Hara Masala Machli Ki Karahi is spicy & tasty Pakistani Seafood Dish. It is prepared with Fish, Tomatoes & Green Chilies, garnished with Ginger, cooked in Wok and served with Naan & Raita. It is usually served as Night Meal.
