Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 1-1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 10-15
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 8 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds oil few drops

Method:

  1. Cut beef into finely fillet with sharp knife.
  2. Now put salt, sugar, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, garlic, corn flour and chicken cube flour in fillets, mix it nicely and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Then heat oil in wok and stir fry fillets on low flame.
  4. When water dries, put 1 tbsp oil in other pan, stir fry green chilies, put in beef and roast it lightly.
  5. Then put sesame seeds oil and serve hot.

Dry Beef With Chilies is Dry and Very Spicy Dish. It is prepared with Beef & Soya Sauce, garnished with Fried Green Chilies and can be served with Naan, Roti and Raita.
