Ingredients:

  • Chicken (Julienne cut) 1/2 kg
  • Finely chopped garlic 4-5
  • Mushroom slices 1/2 cup
  • Carrots slices 1
  • Zucchini slices 1
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1/2 tsp
  • Dark soya sauce or Salt as required
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry garlic and chicken.
  2. Then add tomato paste and mix it.
  3. Now add mushroom slices, carrots and zucchini and fry it.
  4. Then add chicken powder and mix it.
  5. Then add sesame seed oil, mix it, take out in dish and serve.

Japanese Fried Chicken is a Japanese Cuisine prepared with Chicken, Vegetables, Mushrooms & Soya Sauce and served hot with Rice.
