Ingredients:
- Chicken (Julienne cut) 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped garlic 4-5
- Mushroom slices 1/2 cup
- Carrots slices 1
- Zucchini slices 1
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Sesame seed oil 1/2 tsp
- Dark soya sauce or Salt as required
- Oil 1-2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry garlic and chicken.
- Then add tomato paste and mix it.
- Now add mushroom slices, carrots and zucchini and fry it.
- Then add chicken powder and mix it.
- Then add sesame seed oil, mix it, take out in dish and serve.
