Ingredients:
For Salad:
- Boiled green beans 100 gm
- Cucumber slices1
- Boiled eggs 2
- Tomato slices 2
- Onion slices 1
- Lettuce leaves 2-3
- Finely chopped green chilies 3-4
- Oil 2 tbsp
For Sauce:
- Roasted & crushed peanuts 1/2 cup
- Whole red chilies 3-4
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For sauce: Put tamarind paste, red chilies, brown sugar and salt in blender, blend it and cook in pan for 3-4 minutes.
- Then remove it, cool it and keep it aside.
- For salad: Boil green beans.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry beans and eggs slightly.
- Then add cucumber, tomato, onion, lettuce leaves, green chilies, beans and eggs in mixing bowl.
- Put sauce, mix it and serve.
