Ingredients:

  • Large potatoes 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

For Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into medium fries slices.
  2. Then soak in salted water.
  3. Then boil it until it is ready.
  4. Then deep fry potatoes on high flame until light golden.
  5. Then take it out and put mayonnaise sauce.
  6. For sauce: Mix all ingredients and serve with sauce.

Garlic Mayo Fries is Children Lovers Dish, prepared with Potatoes and served with Sauce, Ketchup, Coleslaw Salad or Burgers.
