Ingredients:
- Mince 250 gm
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Coriander chopped as required
- Green chilies as required
- Eggs to coat
- Bread crumbs to coal
- Cheese grated to coat
- Ketchup 1 tbsp
- Oregano powder 1/4 tsp
- Thyme powder 1/4 tsp
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
Method:
- Mix salt, black pepper, onion, coriander leaves, onion, ketchup, oregano powder, thyme powder, flour and egg in mince, mix it nicely and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now make cutlets.
- Then dip in eggs.
- Then roll in bread crumbs and cheese, shallow fry it and serve.
