					Ingredients:
- Sela rice boiled 1 kg
 
- Potatoes 3
 
- Boiled beef 1/2 kg
 
- Yogurt 250 gm
 
- Tomatoes 250 gm
 
- Chopped green chilies 2 tbsp
 
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
 
- Salt 2 tsp
 
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
 
- Crushed chili powder 1 tsp
 
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
 
- Mixed all spices 1 tbsp
 
- Star anise 4
 
- Mace powder 1/2 tsp
 
- Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
 
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
 
- Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
 
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
 
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
 
- Plum 50 gm
 
- Curry leaves 6
 
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
 
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
 
- Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
 
- Oil 1 cup
 
- Fried onions 1 tsp
 
Method:
- Put 1 cup water,  1/2 cup yogurt, red chili powder, crushed chili powder, turmeric, salt, mixed all spices, ginger garlic, Chinese salt, nutmeg, mace and star anise in bowl and mix it.
 
- Then put in pot, add boiled beef and cook for 10 minutes.
 
- Then put potatoes and roast it.
 
- When half tender, put yellow food color in 1 cup yogurt and spread it.
 
- Put fried onion, tomatoes slices, plum, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chaat masala, curry leaves and ginger and put boiled rice.
 
- Now put 1/2 cup on rice, simmer it for 30 minuted and close stove.
 
								
					  
					
					Beef Biryani is a Subcontinent Rice Dish. It is prepared with Rice, Beef, Potatoes, Yogurt & Spices, garnished with Coriander Leaves, Green Chilies and Fried Onion and served with Raita and Salad. It is usually served in Night Meal specially in Parties.
