Achari Vegetables With Shrimps by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Shrimps 1 kg
  • Potatoes 2
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Carrots 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Red chili flakes 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Mix vegetable pickle 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves, Green chilies as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry potatoes, peas, carrots, capsicum and shrimps and take it out.
  2. Now put 1/2 cup water in remaining oil.
  3. Also put red chili flakes, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic, mix vegetable pickle and tomato paste
  4. Then add fried vegetables and shrimps and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  5. Then close stove and put chopped coriander leaves and green chilies
  6. Achari vegetables with shrimps is ready.

Achari Vegetables With Shrimps is a Spicy Seafood Dish. It is prepared with Shrimps, Vegetables, Vegetable Pickle, garnished with Coriander Leaves & Green chilies and served with Rice.
