Ingredients:
- Shrimps 1 kg
- Potatoes 2
- Peas 1 cup
- Carrots 1 cup
- Capsicum 1
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Red chili flakes 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Mix vegetable pickle 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves, Green chilies as required
Method:
- Heat oil, fry potatoes, peas, carrots, capsicum and shrimps and take it out.
- Now put 1/2 cup water in remaining oil.
- Also put red chili flakes, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic, mix vegetable pickle and tomato paste
- Then add fried vegetables and shrimps and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Then close stove and put chopped coriander leaves and green chilies
- Achari vegetables with shrimps is ready.
