Ingredients:

  • Roll wraps 8
  • Chicken boneless cubes 10
  • Chopped capsicums 2
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Egg whites 2
  • Beans sprouts 1 cup
  • Chicken cube flour as required
  • Chopped green onion 1/2 cup
  • Chopped cabbage 1
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil chicken and cut into small small pieces.
  2. Now heat oil in wok and stir fry chicken, cabbage, carrots and capsicums.
  3. Also add salt, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and chicken cube flour, roast for 3-4 minutes and remove it.
  4. Then put beans sprouts and green onions.
  5. Divide roll wraps into 2 portions.
  6. Then keep chicken filling in center of roll wraps, make roll, spread egg whites on edge and close it.
  7. Then heat oil in wok and deep fry until golden brown.
  8. Spring rolls is ready.

Bite Sized Spring Rolls is Delicious Dish. It is prepared with Chicken, Vegetables & Beans, wrapped in Roll Wraps and served with Sauce or Ketchup. It is also served as Refreshment or with Tea or as Starter in Parties. In Pakistan, it is usually served in Iftar in month of Ramadan.
