Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Red vermicelli 5 tbsp
  • Almonds as required
  • Pistachios as required
  • Custard powder 4 tbsp
  • Cream 1 packet

Method:

  1. Dissolve custard powder in little water.
  2. Now add sugar in milk and cook until it boils.
  3. When milk boil nicely, put custard and cook it.
  4. When milk is little thick, put crushed red vermicelli and cook for a while.
  5. Then take out in dish, decorate with almonds and pistachios and serve.

Creamy Custard is a Sweet Dish prepared with Cream & Vermicelli, garnished with Almonds and Pistachios and served chilled. It is usually served after Dinner.
