Ingredients:
- Milk 1 kg
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Red vermicelli 5 tbsp
- Almonds as required
- Pistachios as required
- Custard powder 4 tbsp
- Cream 1 packet
Method:
- Dissolve custard powder in little water.
- Now add sugar in milk and cook until it boils.
- When milk boil nicely, put custard and cook it.
- When milk is little thick, put crushed red vermicelli and cook for a while.
- Then take out in dish, decorate with almonds and pistachios and serve.
Creamy Custard is a Sweet Dish prepared with Cream & Vermicelli, garnished with Almonds and Pistachios and served chilled. It is usually served after Dinner.
