Ingredients:

  • Fish 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Garlic 7-8 cloves
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Kasoori methi 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 1
  • Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind juice 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Make paste of garlic, coriander leaves, onion and green chilies.
  2. Heat oil, put mustard seeds and crackle it.
  3. Now add garlic, coriander leaves, onion and green chilies paste.
  4. Then add turmeric and roast it nicely.
  5. When oil comes up, put tamarind juice and some water and roast it nicely.
  6. Then put salt.
  7. When water dries, put fish and kasoori methi.
  8. Then simmer it for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Then put green chilies and coriander leaves.

Machli Hara Masala is a Spicy & Tasty Pakistani Seafood Dish. It is prepared with Fish, Coriander Leaves & Green Chilies, garnished with Ginger and served with Salad & hot Naan or Paratha.
