Ingredients:
- Fish 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Garlic 7-8 cloves
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Kasoori methi 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 8-10
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1
- Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
- Tamarind juice 3 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
Method:
- Make paste of garlic, coriander leaves, onion and green chilies.
- Heat oil, put mustard seeds and crackle it.
- Now add garlic, coriander leaves, onion and green chilies paste.
- Then add turmeric and roast it nicely.
- When oil comes up, put tamarind juice and some water and roast it nicely.
- Then put salt.
- When water dries, put fish and kasoori methi.
- Then simmer it for 5-10 minutes.
- Then put green chilies and coriander leaves.
Machli Hara Masala is a Spicy & Tasty Pakistani Seafood Dish. It is prepared with Fish, Coriander Leaves & Green Chilies, garnished with Ginger and served with Salad & hot Naan or Paratha.
