Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet 500 gm
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Sea salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon 1

Method:

  1. Marinate fish with garlic, red pepper, sea salt, black pepper and olive oil.
  2. Heat oil in big pan, add marinated fish and fry until golden brown.
  3. Then keep in plate and bake in oven for few minutes.
  4. Then serve with lemon and mashed potatoes.

Blackened Fish is a Seafood Dish. It is prepared with Fish, marinated with Red & Black Pepper, baked in an Oven and served with Mashed Potatoes or Baked Potatoes
