Ingredients:
- Potatoes 400 gm
- Warm milk 1/3 cup
- Unsalted butter 1/4 cup
- Wasabi 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil potatoes with water and salt in pot.
- When it is soft, mash it, mix with warm milk, butter, wasabi and salt and serve.
Wasabi Mashed Potatoes is a Sideline Dish, prepared with Potatoes & Wasabi and it is usually served with Steak.
