Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 500 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tsp
  • Sugar 4 tsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Yellow food color 2 pinch
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Black pepper as required
  • Crappers 1 small bottle
  • Water 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat pan and add water with sugar, lemon juice and corn flour, make thick sauce and add yellow food color.
  2. Then marinate chicken breast with salt, mustard, worcestershire sauce, black pepper and crappers for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat pan on medium flame, put oil, fry chicken until golden brown and serve with lemon sauce.

Lemon Chicken is a Main Course, prepared with Chicken, marinated with Black Pepper & Crappers and served with Lemon Sauce & Rice.
