Ingredients:
- Mutton or Beef pasanda 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom 4
- Cloves 4
- Black pepper 6
- Onion grated 1 large
- Tomatoes blended 3
- Chopped almonds 1 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
For Marinate:
- Papaya 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Curd 1 cup
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Mint leaves for garnish
Method:
- Marinate mutton or beef with papaya, ginger garlic, salt, curd and green chilies for 1 hour.
- Now heat oil, put cardamom, cloves, black pepper and onion and fry until light golden.
- Then mix almonds, tomatoes, all spice and red chili powder and grind it.
- Now cover it and cook until tender.
- Then garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve with french fries.
Pasanda Badami Karahi is Spicy Desi Karahi Dish, prepared with Mutton or Beef, marinated with Curd & Green Chilies, garnished with Mint Leaves and served with French Fries, Naan & Raita.
