Ingredients:

  • Mutton or Beef pasanda 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Cloves 4
  • Black pepper 6
  • Onion grated 1 large
  • Tomatoes blended 3
  • Chopped almonds 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp

For Marinate:

  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Marinate mutton or beef with papaya, ginger garlic, salt, curd and green chilies for 1 hour.
  2. Now heat oil, put cardamom,  cloves, black pepper and onion and fry until light golden.
  3. Then mix almonds, tomatoes, all spice and red chili powder and grind it.
  4. Now cover it and cook until tender.
  5. Then garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Serve with french fries.

Pasanda Badami Karahi is Spicy Desi Karahi Dish, prepared with Mutton or Beef, marinated with Curd & Green Chilies, garnished with Mint Leaves and served with French Fries, Naan & Raita.
