Baked & Steamed Green Chicken by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Whole chicken (with skin) 1
- Garlic paste 2-3 tbsp
- Red chili paste 2-3 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp
- Oregano 1 pinch
- Thyme 1 pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Green Paste:
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Green chilies 5-6
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
For Garnish:
- Tomato 1
- Cucumber 1
- Salad leaves 3-4
Method:
- For green paste: Add all ingredients and water as required in blender and make green paste.
- Put garlic paste, red chili paste, black pepper, oil, lemon juice, salt and green paste in mixing bowl and make batter.
- Now marinate chicken with batter for 30 minutes.
- Then steam in steamer for 20-25 minutes.
- Then bake chicken in preheated oven on 200 degrees C until color comes.
- Then take out in dish and serve with tomato, cucumber and salad leaves.
