Ingredients:
- Boiled chicken (shredded) 1 cup
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Beaten eggs 2
Method:
- Heat ghee and fry onions slightly.
- Add flour, salt, black pepper and chicken, stir it, add milk and cook until thick.
- For patties: Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.
- Then cut with 3 inch round cutter and keep on tray.
- Then brush with beaten egg and fill with 1 tsp filling.
- Now cover with another dough and cut with small size cutter.
- Then press it and close it.
- Then brush with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Chicken Patties is a Bakery Dish, prepared with Chicken & Milk, stuffed in Dough, baked in Oven and served Hot or Warm.
