Ingredients:
- Apples (peeled & sliced) 2 large
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon Powder 1/3 tsp
- Eggs (beaten) 2
Method:
- Mix apples, sugar, raisins, butter and cinnamon and keep it aside.
- Now cut 1/4 part of dough and roll to medium roti.
- Then keep apple mixture on one side and brush other side with eggs.
- Now roll dough like Swiss roll and keep on tray.
- Then brush with beaten egg, mark cuts with knife and bake for 30 minutes.
Apple Strudel is a Sweet Pastry. It is prepared with Apples & Raisins and baked in Oven. It is traditional Viennese Strudel and popular pastry in Austria.
