Ingredients:
- Fresh cream 8 oz
- Caster sugar 2 oz
- Eggs (beaten) 2
Method:
- Roll dough into 1/4 inch thick.
- Now cut long strips and brush with beaten eggs.
- Now roll in cream roll cone and brush sides with eggs.
- Now keep it on greased tray, brush again with beaten eggs and bake for 20 min.
- Then cool it, take it out from cone and fill with fresh cream.
Cream Roll is a type of Sponge Cake Roll. It is filled with cream and baked in Oven. It is easy dish and you can make in home.
