Ingredients:
- Puff pastry dough as required
- Sugar as required
- Eggs (beaten) 2
Method:
- Roll dough into thin rectangular sheet, brush with beaten eggs and put sugar.
- Roll from both sides equally and overlap both ends on top of each other.
- Chill for 15 min, cut into slices with sharp knife, keep on tray and bake for 10 minutes.
- Now take out from oven turn it and bake again for 10 minutes.
