Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry dough as required
  • Sugar as required
  • Eggs (beaten) 2

Method:

  1. Roll dough into thin rectangular sheet, brush with beaten eggs and put sugar.
  2. Roll from both sides equally and overlap both ends on top of each other.
  3. Chill for 15 min, cut into slices with sharp knife, keep on tray and bake  for 10 minutes.
  4. Now take out from oven turn it and bake again for 10 minutes.

French Heart is a French Pastry. It is prepared with Puff Pastry and baked in Oven.
