Ingredients:
- Turnip 1/2 kg
- Green peas 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Carrots 1/2 kg
- Fenugreek 250 gm
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 8
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil, fry turnip, peas and carrots and take it put.
- Put mustard seeds in remaining oil.
- When aroma comes, grind tomatoes and add it.
- Also put brown sugar, red chilies, salt, green chilies, cumin and red chili powder.
- Then add fried vegetables, simmer it on low flame for 20 minutes and sprinkle fenugreek.
Masalaydar Bhaji is Healthy Dish with Minerals & Vitamins, prepared with Vegetables and served with Plain Rice or Roti.
