Ingredients:

  • Turnip 1/2 kg
  • Green peas 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Carrots 1/2 kg
  • Fenugreek 250 gm
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry turnip, peas and carrots and take it put.
  2. Put mustard seeds in remaining oil.
  3. When aroma comes, grind tomatoes and add it.
  4. Also put brown sugar, red chilies, salt, green chilies, cumin and red chili powder.
  5. Then add fried vegetables, simmer it on low flame for 20 minutes and sprinkle fenugreek.

Masalaydar Bhaji is Healthy Dish with Minerals & Vitamins, prepared with Vegetables and served with Plain Rice or Roti.
