Ingredients:

  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Dates 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Biscuits 6
  • Chopped almonds 10-15

Method:

  1. Cook milk and sugar little in pot, put dates paste and cook on low flame.
  2. Also stir it.
  3. When milk and dates are mixed and add some walnuts and almonds.
  4. Then take in bowl, put biscuits, almonds, walnuts and cream after little cool and serve.

Khajoor Ki Kheer is a Sweet Dish with Rich Source of Vitamins, Minerals & Proteins. You can make at home easily. It is prepared with Dates & Milk, topped with Nuts and served Warm or Cold.
