Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 2 cups
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Tomato (sliced) 1
  • Capsicum (sliced) 1
  • Boiled eggs 2
  • Fried potato (sliced) 2
  • Spring onions (chopped) 1
  • Fresh bread crumbs as required
  • Egg 1
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 1 oz
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard 1/4 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Hoision sauce 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put chicken and garlic and fry it nicely.
  2. Now put onion, salt, black pepper, mustard and vinegar and mix it nicely.
  3. Then cover it and cook until it tender and it is ready.
  4. Now spread chicken mixture in dish.
  5. Then put tomato, boiled eggs, fried onion, capsicum, spring onions and white sauce.
  6. Now beat egg until fluffy.
  7. The put on chicken.
  8. Then sprinkle bread crumbs.
  9. Put butter and grill it or bake it until golden.
