Ingredients:

For Mutton Balls:

  • Mutton mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Eggs 2
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Bread slices 2
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt to taste

For Pulao:

  • Vegetables 1/2 kg
  • Sela rice 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 2 tbsp
  • Cloves 2-3
  • Onion 1
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mutton stock 1 jug
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Cottage cheese cubes 1 cup
  • Ghee 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For balls: Put all ingredients except oil in chopper, mix it nicely, make balls, steam it and fry it.
  2. For pulao: Clean rice and soak for 2 hours.
  3. Now heat oil in pan and crackle cinnamon and cloves.
  4. Then fry onion, add ginger garlic paste and roast it.
  5. Then add vegetables, black pepper and salt and mix it.
  6. Then add soaked rice and mutton stock, cook until rice is ready, put balls and simmer it.
  7. When simmer is completed, fry cheese cubes slightly, put on top, garnish with mint leaves and green chilies and serve.

Zam Zam Pulao is a Pakistani Different Dish. It is prepared with Mutton, Rice & Vegetables, garnished with Mint Leaves and Green Chilies and served with Raita & Salad.
