Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet (boneless) 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Finely chopped green onions 2-3 strands
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon leaves 1-2
  • Boranga 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in chopper and make paste.
  2. Now make kabab of it, steam it and fry it.
  3. Then serve with salad leaves.
