Ingredients:
- Fish fillet (boneless) 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Finely chopped green onions 2-3 strands
- Green chilies 2-3
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Lemon leaves 1-2
- Boranga 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lettuce leaves for garnish
Method:
- Put all ingredients in chopper and make paste.
- Now make kabab of it, steam it and fry it.
- Then serve with salad leaves.
