Stir Fry Chicken With Peanut Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bone 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Peanut Sauce:

  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Chopped red chilies 3-4
  • Lemon leaves 2-3
  • Lemon grass 1
  • Red curry paste 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Peanut butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 3 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put chicken, garlic paste and salt and mix it nicely.
  2. Heat oil in pan and fry chicken.
  3. Then put oil in pan, add onion and garlic and fry it.
  4. Now put red chilies, lemon leaves, lemon grass and red curry paste and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Then add coconut milk, peanut butter, tamarind paste, fish sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice, mix it nicely and cook for 10-12 minutes until sauce is thick.
  6. Then add chicken, take out in dish and serve.
