Ingredients:
- Chicken breast (thinly sliced) 3
- Capsicum (thinly cubes) 1
- Onion chopped 1
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Red pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Penne pasta cooked 2 cups
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Cheddar/Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- Sweet corn 1/2 cup
- Ketchup 2-3 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil, put onion and garlic and fry until light golden.
- Now put chicken sliced and stir fry it.
- Then add mixed herbs, salt, red pepper, chicken powder and ketchup with tomato puree.
- Then fold capsicum and corn with pasta and toast all nicely.
- Now spread half mixture on baking dish.
- Spread some cheese.
- Then make again layer of pasta with cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes till cheese melts.
