Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Cumin crushed 1-1/2 tsp
- Coriander crushed 1-1/2 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 3/4 cup
Method:
- Marinated mince with red pepper, all spice, salt, ketchup, ginger garlic, cumin, coriander, coconut, sesame seeds and yogurt for 2 hours.
- Now heat oil and put mince.
- Then cover it and cook until it is ready and oil comes up.
- Now stir it and cook it nicely.
- Then serve it.
Chilli Milli Mince is a Spicy Dish, prepared with Mince, marinated with Yogurt & Coconut, garnished with Coriander Leaves and served with Raita, Salad, Naan or Parathay.
