Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Red chilies 10
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Coriander leaves (crushed) 2 tbsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Black peppercorns 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies (crushed) 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic, vinegar, crushed coriander leaves, bay leaves, black pepper, turmeric, salt and green chilies for 1 hour.
  2. Now heat oil and put red chilies.
  3. When aroma comes, add ginger garlic, onion paste and tomatoes and roast it nicely.
  4. Then put masala chicken and roast it.
  5. Then add yogurt and coriander leaves, simmer it for 10 minutes and serve with boiled rice.

Murgh Masala is Simple & Easy Chicken Dish and can be made at home. It is prepared with Chicken, marinated with Green Chilies and served with Plain Rice or Naan & Raita.
