Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Red chilies 10
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion paste 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Coriander leaves (crushed) 2 tbsp
- Bay leaves 2
- Black peppercorns 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Green chilies (crushed) 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic, vinegar, crushed coriander leaves, bay leaves, black pepper, turmeric, salt and green chilies for 1 hour.
- Now heat oil and put red chilies.
- When aroma comes, add ginger garlic, onion paste and tomatoes and roast it nicely.
- Then put masala chicken and roast it.
- Then add yogurt and coriander leaves, simmer it for 10 minutes and serve with boiled rice.
Murgh Masala is Simple & Easy Chicken Dish and can be made at home. It is prepared with Chicken, marinated with Green Chilies and served with Plain Rice or Naan & Raita.
