Ingredients:

  • Biscuit crumbs 2 cup
  • Butter 50 gm

For Filling:

  • Cream cheese 1 bottle
  • Sugar powder 1 cup
  • Mango pulp 1 cup
  • Mango jelly 1 packet
  • Cream 2 packet
  • Mango essence 1/2 tsp
  • Gelatin powder 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix biscuit crumbs and butter, put in mold, press nicely and keep in fridge.
  2. For filling: Soak gelatin powder in lukewarm water.
  3. Then mix cream cheese, cream, sugar powder, mango essence and mango pulp in bowl and beat with batter.
  4. Then put mixture on biscuit mixture and keep in fridge for 2 hours.
  5. Then put mango jelly in 2 cup water, cook it, cool it and put on mango cheesecake.
  6. Then chili cake more for 20 minutes and serve.

Mango Cheesecake is different type of Sweet Dish with more than one layer. It is prepared with Biscuit Base and filled with Mango & Cream Cheese. It is served Chilled and served usually in Parties.
