Ingredients:

  • Butter 6 oz
  • Sugar 6 oz
  • Flour 6 oz
  • Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Yellow color few drops
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • 3 colored glazed cherries 1 cup
  • Eggs 3

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy.
  2. Now add egg yolks one by one and beat it nicely by adding each egg yolk.
  3. Then add vanilla essence, yellow color and egg whites and fold in yolk mixture.
  4. Also fold flour and baking powder with milk with light hands.
  5. Now put this mixture in greased pan and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 35 minutes.
