Ingredients:
- Butter 6 oz
- Sugar 6 oz
- Flour 6 oz
- Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Yellow color few drops
- Milk 2 tbsp
- 3 colored glazed cherries 1 cup
- Eggs 3
Method:
- Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy.
- Now add egg yolks one by one and beat it nicely by adding each egg yolk.
- Then add vanilla essence, yellow color and egg whites and fold in yolk mixture.
- Also fold flour and baking powder with milk with light hands.
- Now put this mixture in greased pan and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 35 minutes.
