Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Cottage cheese 2 packet
- Bread slices 2
- Salt to taste
- Green chilies 6
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Corn flour as required
- Eggs 2
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Oil (for frying) as required
Method:
- Put chicken, salt and ginger garlic paste in frying pan and dry chicken water.
- Then grind in chopper with bread slices.
- Now put in bowl, mix green chilies, red chili, black pepper, cumin and cheese nicely and make small balls.
- Then coat with flour and dip in eggs.
- Now heat oil in wok, deep fry balls until golden brown, take it out and serve with ketchup.
Chicken & Paneer Dumplings a Savoury Dish, prepared with Chicken & Cheese, coated with Flour and served with Ketchup or Sauce. It can be served as Starter, Appetizers & Snacks or Refreshment.
