Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Green chilies 6
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onions 375 gm
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Method:
- Cut onion and green chilies lengthwise.
- Now heat oil in pot, fry onion and green chilies slightly and take it out.
- Then put chicken.
- Also add ginger garlic paste, tomato, turmeric, coriander powder, onion seeds and garam masala powder and cook for 30 minutes.
- Then roast it nicely, put chopped onion, green chilies and coriander leaves, simmer it for 10 minutes and close stove.
- Murgh do pyaza is ready.
Murgh Do Pyaza is different type of Chicken Curry Dish and it is Indian Hyderabadi Cuisine. It is prepared with Chicken & Onions, garnished with Onions and served with Roti or Naan.
