Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Green chilies 6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onions 375 gm
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Cut onion and green chilies lengthwise.
  2. Now heat oil in pot, fry onion and green chilies slightly and take it out.
  3. Then put chicken.
  4. Also add ginger garlic paste, tomato, turmeric, coriander powder, onion seeds and garam masala powder and cook for 30 minutes.
  5. Then roast it nicely, put chopped onion, green chilies and coriander leaves, simmer it for 10 minutes and close stove.
  6. Murgh do pyaza is ready.

Murgh Do Pyaza is different type of Chicken Curry Dish and it is Indian Hyderabadi Cuisine. It is prepared with Chicken & Onions, garnished with Onions and served with Roti or Naan.
