Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Rabri 250 gm
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Green jelly 1 packet
  • Red jelly 1 packet
  • Finely chopped almonds 50 gm
  • Cake rusk 100 gm
  • Custard powder (Vanilla flour) 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil milk in pot and add sugar.
  2. Also dissolve custard powder and put in milk.
  3. When milk is thick and put vanilla essence and butter.
  4. Now cook red jelly and green jelly and set separate.
  5. When custard is cooled, put fruit cocktail.
  6. Then spread cake rusk on dish and put custard.
  7. Then cut rabri and jelly and put it.
  8. Then garnish with almonds and serve.

Rabri Trifle is very rich Pakistani Sweet Dish. It is easy dish to prepare at home. It is prepared with Milk, Rabri & Fruit Cocktail, garnished with Almonds and served Chilled.
