Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Fruit cocktail 1 tin
- Rabri 250 gm
- Sugar 1 cup
- Green jelly 1 packet
- Red jelly 1 packet
- Finely chopped almonds 50 gm
- Cake rusk 100 gm
- Custard powder (Vanilla flour) 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
Method:
- Boil milk in pot and add sugar.
- Also dissolve custard powder and put in milk.
- When milk is thick and put vanilla essence and butter.
- Now cook red jelly and green jelly and set separate.
- When custard is cooled, put fruit cocktail.
- Then spread cake rusk on dish and put custard.
- Then cut rabri and jelly and put it.
- Then garnish with almonds and serve.
Rabri Trifle is very rich Pakistani Sweet Dish. It is easy dish to prepare at home. It is prepared with Milk, Rabri & Fruit Cocktail, garnished with Almonds and served Chilled.
