Ingredients:
- Water 4 cup
- Lamb meat 500 gm
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
- Onions 2
- Tomatoes chopped 2
- Green chili pepper 2
- Ground cumin 2 tsp
- Whole cardamom 4
- Ground black pepper 3/4 tsp
- Cinnamon 1
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Chicken stock 1 cube
- Rice 2 cup
Method:
- Put lamb meat cubes and water in big pot, cover it and cook for 1 hour.
- Then heat vegetable oil in medium pot, fry onion for 5-6 minutes, add tomatoes, green chili pepper, cumin, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, tomato paste and chicken stock and stir for 3-4 minutes.
- Now add cooked meat in stock pot, add more water as required and cover it.
- Then add rice and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
- Serve hot in serving dish.
