Ingredients:
- Boiled pasta 1 cup
- Chickpeas 1 can
- Fresh mint leaves 1/4 bunch
- Fresh parsley 1 bunch
- Tomatoes 2
- Green shallots 1
- Feta cheese 1 cup
- Fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper as required
Method:
- Mix chickpeas, mint leaves, parsley, tomatoes, green shallots and pasta, add lemon juice, salt and black pepper and toss it.
- Then take out in serving platter and serve.
Chickpea Noodle Salad is Healthy Salad, prepared with Pasta, Chickpeas & Green Shallots. It can be served as Appetizer, Side Dish or Light Meal.
