Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken breast 2
  • Cheddar cheese slices 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs beaten 2
  • Dry flour as required
  • Bread crumbs as required

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt and black pepper.
  2. Now keep cheddar cheese on chicken breast, cover with second chicken breast and press with lightly hands.
  3. Roll chicken breast sandwich in dry flour, coat with bread crumbs, deep fry on low flame until golden brown.
  4. In end, serve with french fries.

Chicken Cordon Bleu is Switzerland Dish. It is prepared with Chicken, marinated with Black Pepper, wrapped around Cheese, deep fried and serve with French Fries & Ketchup or Sauce.
