Ingredients:

  • Egg yolks 4
  • Mango puree or juice 1/2 cup
  • Whipped cream 1-1/2 cup
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Gelatin 1-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in mango juice.
  2. Now beat cream nicely, add eggs, put sugar and beat more.
  3. Then add milk, cook on low flame for 2 minutes, remove from stove and mix gelatin mixture.
  4. Now fold fresh cream and put in greased mold.
  5. Then leave it for set.
  6. When pudding is set, remove mold, decorate it and serve.

Mango Pudding is Yummy & Delicious Dessert. It is prepared with Mango Puree or Mango Juice & Cream. It is served in Wedding or Valima Reception in Pakistan.
