Mango Pudding by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Egg yolks 4
- Mango puree or juice 1/2 cup
- Whipped cream 1-1/2 cup
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Gelatin 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
- Dissolve gelatin in mango juice.
- Now beat cream nicely, add eggs, put sugar and beat more.
- Then add milk, cook on low flame for 2 minutes, remove from stove and mix gelatin mixture.
- Now fold fresh cream and put in greased mold.
- Then leave it for set.
- When pudding is set, remove mold, decorate it and serve.
Mango Pudding is Yummy & Delicious Dessert. It is prepared with Mango Puree or Mango Juice & Cream. It is served in Wedding or Valima Reception in Pakistan.
