Ingredients:
- Boiled lasagna 1 packet
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Onion chopped 1
- Mozzarella cheese 1/2 packet
- Cheddar cheese 1/2 packet
- Cream 1 packet
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped tomatoes 250 gm
- Tomato puree 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Oregano 2 tsp
- Red chilies crushed 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Carrots 1 cup
- Capsicum 1 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, put onion, garlic and chicken mince.
- Now put brown sugar, red chilies, salt and tomato puree.
- Then cover mince, cook for 15-20 minutes and keep it aside.
- Now put lasagna sheets in pots.
- Now put mince.
- Put some cream on mince.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, tomato, capsicum, carrots and oregano and bake on 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
- Lasagna pots is ready.
