Tiramisu Ice Cream Cake by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate sponge cake 1
  • Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
  • Coffee powder 3 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 1 cup
  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat 1/2 cup water, add coffee powder and mix until it dissolves.
  2. Then cut sponge cake into slices, put coffee mixture and squeeze it lightly.
  3. Now put cake slices in spring form cake tin.
  4. Put vanilla ice cream in bowl and beat until smooth.
  5. Then put cream cheese and mix it nicely.
  6. Put half mixture on cake slices and put remaining cake slices on top.
  7. Then mix remaining coffee mixture in ice cream mixture and put on cake.
  8. Now strain (sieve) coco powder and sprinkle on ice cream mixture.
  9. Then keep cake tin in fridge and set it full.
  10. Now take out in serving plate, cut into slice and serve.

Tiramisu Ice Cream Cake is a Dessert with layer of ice cream between cake layers. It is prepared with Sponge Cake, Vanilla Ice Cream & Coffee Powder.
