Ingredients:

  • Milk 3 cups
  • Caster sugar 1 oz
  • Custard powder 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 8 oz
  • Strawberry jelly 1 packet
  • Strawberry tin 1 small
  • Digestive biscuit 12
  • Vanilla/Strawberry essence few drops

Method:

  1. For custard: Mix milk, custard powder and sugar, add essence and cool it.
  2. Now make strawberry jelly and keep in fridge for little set.
  3. Now cut strawberry into small pieces and keep it aside.
  4. Beat cream and icing sugar nicely, put in clean bowl and fold in custard.
  5. Then keep half custard mixture on half set jelly.
  6. Then make layer of digestive biscuits and chopped strawberries.
  7. Now keep remaining custard mixture.
  8. Then decorate with cream and strawberries, cool it and serve.

Strawberry Ripple is a Flavor Ice Cream, prepared with Milk & Custard Powder, decorated with Cream & Strawberries and served chilled.
