Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 100 gm
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Mushroom 1 cup
  • Carrots 1 cup
  • Capsicum 2
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Potatoes 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Round red chilies 6
  • Hot chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry potatoes, carrots, capsicum, peas, mushrooms and cottage cheese and take it out.
  2. Now heat separate pan and but 50 gm butter.
  3. Then add red chilies, fried vegetables, black pepper, salt, tomato ketchup, hot chili sauce and garlic, mix it and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Now heat sizzler plate nicely and put 50 gm butter and chopped onion.
  5. Put vegetables and serve hot.
