Ingredients:
- Eggs separated 3
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Flour 1-1/2 cups
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Melted butter 4 tbsp
Method:
- Beat egg yolks with sugar, milk, water and vanilla essence.
- Then add salt, flour, corn flour and baking powder.
- Now put melted butter slowly slowly and beat until smooth.
- Then beat egg whites until hard and mix in batter.
- Now leave for a while and heat on waffle iron.
- When hot, put large spoon of batter in iron, close it and cook it.
- Now cool on wire rack and serve with honey, ice cream or sauce.
