Ingredients:

For Marination:

  • Chicken boneless breast 2
  • Garlic crushed 1/2tsp
  • Oregano leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Thyme leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Hoi son sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 3 tbsp chopped
  • Crushed garlic 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes cubes 1 cup
  • BBQ sauce 4 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed peanuts 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 oz

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients.
  2. Now heat butter in frying pan and fry 2 tsp garlic with marinated chicken for 10 minutes until tender.
  3. For sauce: Heat oil in second pan.
  4. Now put onion and 2 tsp garlic and fry for 2 minutes till onion is soft.
  5. Then add tomatoes with 1/4 cup water, salt and bbq sauce, cook for 1 minute and take it out.
  6. Then serve cooked chicken with sauce on platter.
  7. Garnish with peanuts and garlic rice.
