Achari Pasta by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1 kg
  • Ridged elbow 1 packet
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Green chilies 10
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
  • Achari masala 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put red chilies, salt, 5 green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and tamarind paste in mince and mix with hands nicely.
  2. Then heat oil, add tomatoes, achari masala, salt and red chili powder and roast it nicely.
  3. Now put masala mince, roast it and add ridged elbow.
  4. Then put 5 green chilies and coriander leaves and serve.
