Achari Pasta by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Mince 1 kg
- Ridged elbow 1 packet
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Green chilies 10
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
- Achari masala 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put red chilies, salt, 5 green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and tamarind paste in mince and mix with hands nicely.
- Then heat oil, add tomatoes, achari masala, salt and red chili powder and roast it nicely.
- Now put masala mince, roast it and add ridged elbow.
- Then put 5 green chilies and coriander leaves and serve.
